Telstra and mulit-utility ActewAGL have teamed up to enable customers to connect their energy and telecommunication services through one phone call.

“All customers who phone ActewAGL to connect or reconnect their energy needs can also connect to the products and services of one of Australia’s leading phone and broadband providers,” she said.
“Customers will have a single point of contact at a local call centre, providing a one-stop, easy and convenient process to connect their essential energy and telco services including electricity, gas, phone and broadband,” Telstra countrywide area general manager Chris Taylor added.
The partnership also provides customers with the opportunity to access Telstra’s leading range of products, including Telstra TV and Telstra Air, as well as the convenience of having local tech experts connect all of your devices through the Telstra Platinum service.
