
Endeavour Energy and Engineers Australia have commenced a three-year partnership to deliver a workplace credentialling partnership that will strengthen the engineering workforce needed to support Australia’s energy transition, electrification, and infrastructure growth.
The partnership, which will be delivered through Engineers Australia’s Engineering Workforce Credentialling (EWC) Program, reflects a shared commitment between the two organisations to advance engineering capability, support professional accreditation, and create clear pathways to Chartered status and other nationally recognised credentials.

An initial cohort of 25 Endeavour Energy engineers are participating in the program, receiving dedicated support to progress towards credentials including Chartered status, Engineering Executive (EngExec) and the National Engineering Register (NER), tailored to suit their experience and career pathway.
