Residential solar provider Instyle Solar has announced its solar panels are now available to purchase in-store at Costco Kilburn, Adelaide.

The move to a retail environment sees Instyle Solar heralded as the first solar provider in South Australia to enable the purchase and installation of solar panels from an in-store experience with Costco Kilburn.

One in three South Australian households, or 278,000 households, are currently using solar power to generate electricity.

Instyle Solar CEO Karl Brown said moving Instyle Solar to a retail space was the next step for the company to make their products more accessible to local customers.

“This is the next step in our Australia-wide launch of Instyle Solar products in Costco stores. Already available in all NSW, QLD and Costco’s Perth Airport stores, our products will soon be available to purchase in-store at all Costco warehouses across the nation,” he said.

With a booth containing information about Instyle Solar and the product range, customers will have first-hand access to the offering and the option to chat with a solar representative to design their personalised system and arrange installation.

Gaining the title of Australia’s third fastest growing company in 2020, Mr Brown said the bona fide retail offering was a major contributor to the company’s exponential growth over the past year.

“We are continuing to pursue innovative opportunities to expand our national presence and accelerate the current growth trajectory of Instyle Solar,” he said.

“Partnering with Costco has made the purchase of rooftop solar as easy as buying a loaf of bread and created an alternative and convenient avenue for homeowners looking to install solar energy.”
