Gentrack and EnergyAustralia partner for smarter billing

Next-gen solutions provider Gentrack is working with EnergyAustralia to provide an innovative billing solution to help deliver a seamless customer billing experience for its Solar Home Bundle. 

EnergyAustralia selected Gentrack to provide billing and flexibility solutions that support its commitment to provide customers with smart solutions that make the transition to clean energy simple and affordable for them.

The two teams successfully implemented Gentrack’s cloud billing solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and migrated existing Solar Home Bundle customers to the new platform. The technology is at the core of an integrated solution including digital consumer engagement, field services management and automation, and a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) solution. 

Gentrack’s compliance offering means big industry changes like Consumer Data Rights are provided with the product. Gentrack’s state of the art business intelligence and analytics capabilities, based on Snowflake, provide compliance, operational and customer service insights for the business—leading to a better data driven result for all.
