During the term of this new agreement, Enerven and ElectraNet will reach three decades of working together to maintain critical infrastructure, respond to network incidents, and support the reliability of South Australia’s electricity system.

Enerven CEO Richard Amato said the renewal highlighted the strength of a partnership built over time.

“We’re proud to continue our partnership with ElectraNet and to be entering a new agreement of working together,” Amato said.

“Partnerships like this are earned. They come from consistently delivering, building trust and showing up when it matters most.

“Our people are the reason this partnership has lasted. For decades, they’ve maintained critical infrastructure, responded during emergencies and helped keep power flowing to homes, businesses and communities across the state.

“This tenure is something to be proud of, but our focus is on what comes next. We’ll keep working with ElectraNet to improve how we deliver, respond to new challenges and support a reliable network for South Australians.”

ElectraNet CEO Simon Emms said the renewed agreement reflects ElectraNet’s confidence in Enerven’s experience and ability to deliver.

“South Australia’s transmission network has evolved significantly over the past 20 years to become a world-leading renewable-led energy system. Enerven has been a trusted partner throughout this journey,” he said.
