Tour Tassie’s power stations

Gordon Power Station

Hydro Tasmania is holding tours of its power stations this month, offering the local community and other visitors a chance to see the station in operation.

Production and maintenance manager Jesse Clark said the tours were popular and tickets were limited.

“Tasmanian hydropower has obviously been a very topical issue over the past nine months or so,” Mr Clark said.

We’re pleased to give memebers of the community a rare opportunity to see how we generate clean, renewable energy.”

Mr Clark said the tours were informative and fun.
