Smartphone app makes it easier to get in touch

Power and Water customers will have improved access to network information and services when they are on the move, with an upgrade to the energy provider’s mobile app.

The app, which is in the final stages of approval, will allow customers in the Northern Territory to monitor electricity and water updates, send Power and Water a meter reading, report faults with streetlights, and receive notifications of planned works.
