Following a competitive tender process, VINCI Energies Omexom Australia has been awarded the Metering and Servicing contract from its long-term client, CitiPower Powercor.
The contract will see Omexom Australia provide services for a three-year term with the option of two one-year extensions.
The contracted works involve new connections, installation of new overhead and underground services and the replacement of existing services and meters within the CitiPower network and Powercor’s Ardeer and Geelong regions in Victoria.

Omexom Australia perimeter director Ian Knapton said, “Omexom Australia is committed to delivering electrical distribution services safely and to a high standard for our valued client, CitiPower Powercor.
“The award of this contract extends the current services we provide to CitiPower Powercor to Metering & Servicing and allows Omexom Australia demonstrate our capabilities in a further scope of work.”
