This seminar, provided by CPD International, will focus on the principles and policies of application of protection to the various levels of the power system, that is where and why to use the various protection equipment and configurations and what are the limits of application of each type of protection. It will also deal with the integration of various individual protection schemes into complete schemes applying to a whole power system or to a whole substation.
