With an open plan, the new building has customised labs, programming areas and staging rooms. The new development incorporates sustainable features such as high performance double glazing, recycled materials, extensive sun shading, rainwater harvesting, chilled beam air-conditioning system, energy efficient lighting with daylight harvesting.

Schneider Electric Pacific Zone managing director Stephen Coop said, “We are one business and we can now demonstrate that to our Melbourne based customers with our new office.”

“We are walking the walk and we look forward to showing our customers how an integrated office space can maximise energy savings for their customers.”
