Horizon Power has announced the appointment of Gail Reynolds-Adamson and Sandra Di Bartolemeo to its board of directors.
WA Energy Minister Ben Wyatt announced Ms Reynolds-Adamson and Ms Di Bartolemeo will replace outgoing board members Rosemary Wheatley and Neil Thompson, whose terms had come to an end.
Ms Reynolds-Adamson has held various roles in Aboriginal relations and is experienced in advocating for regional and Aboriginal communities. She has served on several boards and is currently chairperson of the Esperance Tjaltjaraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation, the South East Aboriginal Health Service, the Goldfields Esperance Development Commission and a board member of the Australian Golden Outback.

Ms Di Bartolemeo has 25 years’ experience in the legal and finance industry, specialising in financial and risk management. She has held senior leadership positions with well-known legal and financial institutions, where she has provided advice on managing risk and maximising the return on assets while ensuring financial targets were met.
Ms Wheatley first joined Horizon Power as a non-executive director in November 2012, and was appointed deputy chair in October 2016. Mr Thompson was appointed to the board as non-executive director in October 2016.
