ActewAGL has ranked number one for customer service in the energy industry according to the latest quarterly results from Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA).

The distribution and retail company has now held the top spot for the 12th consecutive quarter.

For the April to June 2014 quarter, ActewAGL achieved 95 out of a possible score of 100 for service delivery and resolving customer enquiries quickly and efficiently.

ActewAGL general manager retail Ayesha Razzaq said the team is not only focused on resolving issues, but also about taking the next step to help customers understand their bills and energy usage.

“We want to show our customers how we can help them manage their energy costs,” he said.

“Offers like even pay help manage bills, so does our online calculator, ActewAGL’s revamped energy saving webpage which features 76 ways to save and our energy saving workshops are some of the free services we offer our customers.”
